What is Dream Job Network (DJN)?
DJN is a freelance marketplace built and backed by 3D-Labs, connecting skilled freelancers with clients who need projects done. Whether you're a developer, designer, writer, or engineer — you can find work or hire talent on DJN.
💡DJN is available at djn.3d-labs.com and is free to join for both freelancers and clients.
How do I create an account?
Click Get Started or Sign Up and fill in your name, email, and password. Choose your role — Hire Talent (client) or Find Work (freelancer). After submitting, check your email for a verification link to activate your account.
What's the difference between a freelancer and a client?
Freelancers browse and bid on projects posted by clients. They complete work and receive payment through DJN's escrow system.

Clients post projects, review bids, hire freelancers, and release milestone payments on completion.
Is DJN free to join?
Yes — creating an account is completely free. DJN earns a small service fee on completed transactions. Optional membership plans are available to unlock more bids, visibility, and features. See Membership Plans.
I didn't receive my verification email. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, visit Resend Verification Email and enter your registered email address. A fresh link will be sent within a few minutes.
Verification links expire after 24 hours. Always request a new one if yours has expired.
How do I set up my profile?
After logging in, go to Profile Settings to add your photo, headline, bio, and skills. A complete profile is shown to more clients and gets 3x more views than an incomplete one.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to Forgot Password and enter your registered email. You'll receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Can I change my email address?
Email changes require manual verification. Contact us at ally@djn.3d-labs.com with your account details and the new email address. We'll process the change within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account, email ally@djn.3d-labs.com with the subject "Delete Account". Any pending transactions will be resolved first. Account deletion is irreversible.
Make sure you've withdrawn any wallet balance before requesting deletion.
My account has been suspended. What do I do?
Suspensions occur when our system detects a violation of our Terms & Conditions. Email ally@djn.3d-labs.com with the subject "Account Appeal" and explain your situation. Our team will review within 3 business days.
How do I verify my identity?
Go to Get Verified and upload a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence). Verification is reviewed within 24 hours. Identity verification is required to withdraw funds.

How does payment work on DJN?
DJN uses a milestone-based escrow system. The client funds each milestone before work begins. Once the freelancer delivers and the client approves, the funds are released to the freelancer's wallet. If the client doesn't respond within 7 days, funds are released automatically.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to My Wallet, enter your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name), and submit a withdrawal request. Transfers are processed via IMPS within 24–48 business hours.

What fees does DJN charge?
DJN charges a service fee on each completed transaction. The exact percentage is shown at the time of payment. There are no hidden fees. Membership plans reduce or eliminate certain fees — see Membership.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a freelancer fails to deliver or a project is cancelled before work begins, escrowed funds are returned to the client. Completed milestones that have been approved are non-refundable.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Check that your card or UPI details are correct and that you have sufficient balance. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. For continued issues, email ally@djn.3d-labs.com.
My wallet balance looks wrong. What do I do?
Go to My Wallet and check your transaction history. If you see an error, take a screenshot and email it to ally@djn.3d-labs.com with the subject "Wallet Issue". We'll investigate within 1 business day.
How do I manage my membership plan?
View and manage your plan at Membership Plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Annual plan refunds are subject to our 7-day refund policy.

How do I post a project?
Go to Post a Project, fill in the project title, description, budget, required skills, and deadline. Once submitted, your project goes live and freelancers can start bidding immediately.

How do I bid on a project?
Browse Projects, click on one that matches your skills, and click View & Bid. Write a clear proposal, set your price, and submit. Clients can then review bids and hire you directly.
How many bids can I submit per month?
Free accounts (Trial plan) get 6 bids per month. Upgrading your membership increases this — Basic gets 50, Plus gets 100, Professional gets 300, and Premier gets 1,500. See Membership for full details.
The client isn't responding. What do I do?
Send a follow-up message through DJN's messaging system. If the client doesn't respond within 7 days of a milestone delivery, funds are automatically released to you. For non-payment issues, raise a dispute — see the Disputes section below.
The client rejected my deliverable. What happens?
Ask the client for specific feedback and revise accordingly. If you believe the rejection is unreasonable and the work meets the agreed brief, you can raise a dispute. DJN will review the original project brief and your submission to make a fair determination.
How do I close or complete a project?
Clients can mark a project as complete once all milestones are approved and paid. Both parties will be prompted to leave a review. Completed projects appear in your project history.

How do I raise a dispute?
Email ally@djn.3d-labs.com with the subject "DISPUTE — [Project ID]" and include a description of the issue plus any supporting evidence (screenshots, files, messages). Escrowed funds are frozen while the dispute is under review.
How long does a dispute take to resolve?
DJN reviews all evidence and issues a decision within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer. Both parties are notified by email when a decision is made.
What evidence should I submit in a dispute?
Submit any of the following:

• Screenshots of the agreed project brief and scope
• Conversation history from DJN messages
• File submission records and delivery timestamps
• Milestone descriptions and acceptance criteria
• Any written agreements made within the platform
📌Only evidence from within the DJN platform is considered. Off-platform agreements cannot be verified.
I'm not happy with the dispute decision. Can I appeal?
If you have new evidence not submitted in the original dispute, you may request a review by emailing ally@djn.3d-labs.com with "DISPUTE APPEAL — [Project ID]". If internal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration under Indian law (seat: Chennai).
Can I do a chargeback through my bank?
Initiating a chargeback without first completing DJN's internal dispute process is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. This may result in account suspension and recovery of costs. Always raise a dispute with DJN first.
A freelancer took my money and disappeared. What do I do?
DJN's escrow system is designed to prevent this — funds should only be released after you approve the work. If funds were released incorrectly or you suspect fraud, email ally@djn.3d-labs.com immediately with subject "FRAUD REPORT". We take fraud extremely seriously and will escalate to authorities where necessary.
