Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dream Job Network ("DJN", "we", "our", or "the platform") at djn.3d-labs.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are using DJN on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Definitions

• "Platform" means the DJN website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "Freelancer" means a registered user who offers services and bids on projects.
• "Client" means a registered user who posts projects and hires freelancers.
• "Project" means a task or assignment posted by a Client on the platform.
• "Bid" means a Freelancer's proposal to complete a Project.
• "Milestone" means an agreed-upon deliverable and payment checkpoint within a Project.
• "Escrow" means funds held by DJN on behalf of the parties until milestone conditions are met.
• "Service Fee" means the commission DJN charges on completed transactions.

User Accounts

You must register an account to access core platform features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
• You must notify us immediately at ally@djn.3d-labs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• Accounts used for fraudulent activity will be permanently banned without refund.

Our Services

DJN is a marketplace platform that connects Clients with Freelancers. We provide the technology and infrastructure that enables these connections. DJN is not a party to the contract between Client and Freelancer and does not employ Freelancers.

Freelancer Terms

As a Freelancer on DJN, you agree to the following:

• You will only bid on projects you are qualified and capable of completing.
• All work submitted must be original or you must have full rights to use it.
• You will communicate professionally and respond to Clients within reasonable timeframes.
• You will not solicit Clients to pay outside the platform to avoid service fees.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
• Identity verification is required before withdrawing earnings above ₹5,000.
• False skill claims or fabricated portfolios will result in immediate account suspension.

Client Terms

As a Client on DJN, you agree to the following:

• Project descriptions must be accurate, lawful, and complete.
• You will fund milestones in escrow before work begins on each milestone.
• You will review and accept or reject deliverables within 7 days of submission.
• You will not request work that violates any law or third-party rights.
• You will not share Freelancer contact details obtained through DJN for off-platform hiring.
• Posting fake projects or collecting proposals without genuine intent to hire is prohibited.

Payments & Fees

All payments on DJN are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are held until milestone deliverables are approved by the Client.

• Service fee: DJN charges a percentage-based service fee on each completed transaction. Current rates are displayed on the platform.
• Milestone funding: Clients must fund each milestone before the Freelancer begins work on that phase.
• Release of funds: Funds are released to the Freelancer upon Client approval of the milestone deliverable, or automatically after 7 days if the Client does not respond.
• Withdrawal: Freelancers may request withdrawals via IMPS bank transfer, processed within 24–48 business hours.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in INR unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all milestones, the Freelancer assigns all intellectual property rights in the completed deliverable to the Client, unless the contract explicitly states otherwise.

• The DJN name, logo, and platform design are owned by 3D-Labs and may not be used without permission.
• Freelancers retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in deliverables.
• Client-supplied materials remain the property of the Client at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DJN:

• Posting illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content or projects
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• Creating fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Scraping or automatically extracting platform data
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJN and its parent company 3D-Labs shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• The quality, accuracy, or completeness of any freelancer's work
• Delays, errors, or interruptions in platform availability
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
• Actions or omissions of any third party

Privacy

Your use of DJN is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely to operate and improve the DJN platform. For questions about your data, contact ally@djn.3d-labs.com.

Termination

DJN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting ally@djn.3d-labs.com. Pending transactions and disputes will be resolved before account deletion is finalized.

Changes to Terms

DJN may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display a banner on the platform. Your continued use of DJN after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
