How we started
The DJN story

Dream Job Network started as an internal tool at 3D-Labs — a technology company based in India. We were constantly hiring freelancers for design, development, and engineering work, and we kept running into the same problems: unclear briefs, delayed payments, and no real recourse when things went wrong.

So we built our own platform. One that puts escrow on every milestone, requires identity verification before withdrawals, and has a written dispute resolution clause in its terms — not just vague promises.
