Refund and Cancellation Policy

At 3D Labs, we aim to provide a transparent and fair payment system.

Service Payments
Payments made for freelance services are processed through our payment gateway.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Service was not delivered

• Duplicate payment

• Technical error during transaction

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if the freelancer has already delivered the agreed work.

Refund Process
Users must request a refund by contacting support within 7 days of the transaction.

Refund Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
